SEPTEMBER HERALDS A NEW GASTRONOMY SEASON AT THE GALERÍA CANALEJAS FOOD HALL

September, 9, 2022

For some reason, September and January are two rather similar months insofar as that they both bring a kind of new start. This atmosphere can be felt strongly in Madrid as the streets begin to fill and the Galería Canalejas Food Hall becomes the perfect setting for post-summer reunions.

Those deciding to share holiday anecdotes during September will be able to do so here while enjoying late-summer seasonal products, including such fruits as plums, figs and grapes and such vegetables as courgettes, cauliflowers and carrots. At the Galería Canalejas Food Hall, the dishes on offer include Cauliflower Boom at Salvaje with a smoked cauliflower coulis, yellow bell peppers and a tofu feta dressing or the pure Cantonese-style pickled vegetables with bamboo, smoked Dou Fu and edamame at Le Petit Dim Sum.

Furthermore, until 31 September, anyone wishing to enjoy this gastronomy experience can benefit from two hours of free parking in the Centro Canalejas Car Park (no minimum spend applies). Visitors also have the option to enjoy this discount on the day or on the day of their next visit any time before the end of the month.
