The designer Edgardo Osorio's predilection for early autumn tones for this pre-fall 2022 collection is utterly immersive and even includes green, from emerald and lime to a sophisticated English green. The goal was to explore new shapes, textures and a revamped version of the firm's iconic shoes, applying contemporary styles.

For those in-between months when it is neither too cold nor too warm, at this time of the year when we change our sleeveless garments for long sleeves or even for a knitted jumper, but it is not yet time to wear closed shoes, the firm has created a collection of sandals that will become the best allies of this season's outfits.

To add a modern twist to classic designs, a new plexi heel is the key to raising our pumps and giving them a new character.

The sixties styles are irresistible, especially when it comes to footwear. Osorio uses patent leather, gradient snake and crocodile prints, among others, to infuse these items with a unique style. The designer also falls for velvet and wraps pumps, sandals and ballerinas in this material to give them a new, opulent elegance.

Aquazzura pays attention to details and imagines its pieces peeking out from under dinner suits with precious crystals set on transparent plexiglass, briolette-effect textures to dance the night away with its Starburst Pump 105. The collection culminates with open and closed platform shoes in velvet, leather and shimmering satin.

With such successful collections in its career, this shoe brand is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, an entire decade of success. Since its debut in 2012, it has enjoyed international acclaim, having dressed celebrities such as Rihanna, Beyoncé and Dua Lipa and even royalty, by contributing to the outfits of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, and the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, among others.

Start the autumn with Aquazzura's creations, discover them in their boutique in Galería Canalejas from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00 and Sundays and public holidays from 12:00 to 20:00 in Plaza de Canalejas 1, Madrid.
